Privacy Policy
Last updated June 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Atlantic Computer Systems ("ACS", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with our website, forms, scheduling tools, and related online services (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
This Policy covers our public Site only. Information we process while delivering managed IT, cybersecurity, and related services to a client is governed by the separate written agreement with that client (and, where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement), not by this Policy.
Information we collect
Information you provide
We collect information you submit directly, such as when you complete a contact or quote form, request or download a resource, book a consultation, subscribe to updates, or otherwise communicate with us. This may include your name, business or practice name, email address, phone number, role, and any details you choose to include in your message.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect technical and usage information, including IP address, device and browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring and exit pages, links clicked, and timestamps. We collect this information using cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies.
Information from third parties
We may receive information from analytics, advertising, scheduling, and marketing providers (for example, Google, our scheduling provider, and our marketing or CRM platform), and from publicly available sources, to help us operate, measure, and improve the Site and our outreach.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries, schedule and conduct consultations, and provide requested resources.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our services.
- To send administrative messages and, where permitted, marketing communications you may opt out of at any time.
- To measure and improve our marketing and advertising, including conversion tracking.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical issues.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements and policies.
We may create and use de-identified or aggregated information, which does not identify you, for any lawful business purpose.
Cookies and tracking technologies
We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the Site, and analytics and advertising cookies to understand usage and measure campaigns (including Google Ads conversion measurement). You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, our cookie controls. Disabling some cookies may affect Site functionality.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described here:
- Service providers. With vendors who process information on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, scheduling, email, CRM, and security providers, under obligations of confidentiality and limited use.
- Advertising and analytics partners. We may share online identifiers and usage data with partners such as Google to measure and improve advertising. Depending on your state, this may be considered "sharing" or a "sale"; you may opt out as described below.
- Legal and safety. When we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ACS, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as a business asset.
- With your direction or consent. When you ask us to share information or otherwise consent.
Marketing choices
You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message, and opt out of text messages as described in our SMS Privacy Policy. We may still send non-promotional messages about our business relationship with you.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the Site and provide information at your own risk.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the rights to know or access, to correct, to delete, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or of targeted advertising. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, including the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising them.

Children's privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites and services we do not control. This Policy does not apply to them, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please review their policies.
Do Not Track
Because there is no common industry standard for Do Not Track signals, the Site does not currently respond to them.
