Is the cloud HIPAA compliant?
Azure and AWS can be, when configured correctly and covered by a signed BAA. Compliance comes from how the environment is built and managed, which is what we handle.
What makes a backup "immutable"?
Immutable backups can't be altered or deleted for a set retention period, even by an attacker with admin access, which is what defeats modern ransomware. We store them off-network and verify them.
Do you migrate us without downtime?
We plan migrations to run in parallel and cut over with minimal or no downtime, protecting data integrity throughout. See our cloud migration checklist.
Can you protect Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace data?
Yes. Cloud platforms are not backed up by default in the way most assume. We add backup, MFA, conditional access, and data-loss prevention.
