Where is ACS based, and who do you serve?
We are headquartered in San Jose, CA, and serve Greater Boston, New England and Houston organizations remotely, with onsite work as needed. We are remote-first, so we serve medical and dental practices and growing businesses nationwide, and when hands-on work is needed we scope onsite support per project.
What makes ACS different from a general IT company?

Are you HIPAA-focused, and do you sign a BAA?
Yes. We are a HIPAA-first partner and we sign a Business Associate Agreement with our healthcare clients before we touch their systems. Our internal controls are SOC 2-aligned, the security baseline regulated buyers expect.
