What is not in that base number

We separate these items instead of hiding them in an artificially low monthly figure.

Help desk planA separate monthly plan of 3, 7 or 10 hours, sized to how your team uses support.
OnboardingA one-time fee based on your endpoints, locations and systems, confirmed before you start.
Licenses and hardwareMicrosoft 365 and other software licenses, computers and networking equipment remain separate.
Projects and onsite workMoves, infrastructure changes and onsite travel or time are scoped and approved separately.

Contract: the published prices use a 3-year agreement. Shorter terms and volume pricing for 25 or more endpoints are confirmed on a short call. New clients receive a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Compare providers on the whole service, not only the monthly total

A useful quote explains who owns Microsoft 365 and the admin accounts, what is monitored, how backups are tested, what happens after hours, and which work is billed separately.

Scope and ownership

Your tenant, data and administrator accounts stay yours. Ask every provider to put account ownership and offboarding in writing. Our provider-switching guide includes a handover checklist.

Security and recovery

Ask what is monitored, how suspicious activity is handled and when a real restore was last tested. Regulated practices should also confirm HIPAA risk work and a Business Associate Agreement.

20-user IT pricing questions

How much does managed IT support cost for 20 users?

At our published list prices, 20 endpoints cost $2,200 per month on Core IT, $3,500 on Proactive IT and $5,900 on Complete IT. Help desk hours, onboarding and optional add-ons are additional and confirmed in writing. The right plan depends on your systems and compliance needs.

Is an endpoint the same thing as an employee?

No. An endpoint is a computer or server. A 20-person company may have more or fewer than 20 endpoints if it uses shared computers, multiple devices or on-premises servers. Count the devices that will be managed when comparing quotes.

Which plan should a medical practice with 20 users choose?

Regulated practices start at Complete IT, which is $5,900 for 20 endpoints at the published price. It includes compliance and risk management, security monitoring by ACS Cyber, executive reporting and strategic IT planning. We sign Business Associate Agreements with healthcare clients.

Can we get support for only part of our team?

Scope is confirmed on the discovery call. Co-managed IT can supplement an internal IT person with monitoring, security and senior engineers, while fractional IT can provide an outsourced IT department with leadership and day-to-day support.

Can we reduce the price with a longer agreement or more endpoints?

The published prices already use a 3-year agreement. Volume pricing for 25 or more endpoints and shorter terms are discussed and confirmed on a short call. We will show the full scope and any discount in writing before you decide.

How do we switch without disrupting the team?

Start with account ownership, administrator access, backups, security tools and a documented handover before cancelling the old service. Our switch IT providers checklist explains the process. Book a discovery call when you are ready to plan the move.
