Offer is valid for U.S.-based businesses with 11–500 employees only. Limit one audit per organization. Audit scope is defined in a 15-minute pre-call and limited to: external network discovery scan, internal network identity audit (MFA coverage report, legacy authentication detection, conditional access gap review), backup posture review (immutability check, restore-test log review, RTO/RPO assessment), and cyber insurance underwriting questionnaire pre-fill against the 14 standard controls. Excluded: external penetration testing, application-layer security review, SOC 2 readiness assessment, code review, social-engineering simulations, physical security assessment, and on-site travel outside the San Francisco Bay Area (quoted separately at cost). Offer is non-transferable and may not be combined with other ACS promotions. ACS reserves the right to decline organizations that are direct competitors of ACS or whose engagement would create a conflict of interest. Booking required by 11:59 PM PT, May 31, 2026. Audit must be completed within 60 days of booking. Audit deliverable is provided as-is and does not constitute a legal compliance attestation.
MSP Match Guarantee — Terms
Match applies to monthly recurring service fees only and is conditional on: (1) prospect must provide a written, dated, current quote (within last 30 days) from their incumbent MSP; (2) ACS will perform a scope-equivalence review and may decline the match if the incumbent quote does not include comparable service tiers (24×7 SOC monitoring, EDR/MDR, immutable backups, written incident response retainer with defined SLA, cyber-insurance-grade control coverage); (3) match applies to the first 12 months of the new ACS contract only — pricing in months 13+ reverts to standard ACS pricing; (4) one-time setup, hardware, professional services, and out-of-scope project work are excluded; (5) match offer expires 30 days after the expiration date of the competitor quote; (6) ACS contract terms, MSA, and acceptable-use policies apply; (7) ACS reserves the right to terminate the matched pricing if scope materially changes or if usage exceeds normal-course service consumption. Match is not retroactive and does not apply to existing ACS clients. Offer void where prohibited.
