By providing your mobile phone number to Atlantic Computer Systems (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these SMS/MMS Terms and Conditions. This document explains how we communicate with you via text message and outlines your rights and obligations regarding participation in our messaging program.
We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and all applicable carrier and The Campaign Registry (TCR) requirements.

SMS/MMS Consent and Terms
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive periodic SMS or MMS messages from Atlantic Computer Systems. These messages may include:
- Important service updates or maintenance notifications
- Security alerts or account-related messages
- Product information and technology updates
- Customer support and promotional offers related to our services
Message frequency may vary (typically up to 2 messages per week). Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
Your consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Providing Your Telephone Number and Notification Obligations
You confirm that the mobile number you provide is accurate, current, and owned by you. You represent that you are the authorized subscriber or user of the number provided.
If your contact information changes, including your mobile number, you agree to promptly notify us by emailing privacy@atlanticcomputersystems.com before the change takes effect.
Failure to update your contact details may result in message delivery errors or unintended communications.
Consent to Receive Automated Communications
By voluntarily providing your telephone number(s), you expressly consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages from Atlantic Computer Systems regarding our services, updates, and information relevant to your business relationship with us.
Your consent covers communications sent via automated dialing systems or manual messaging tools.

Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS/MMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message you receive from us, or
- Emailing privacy@atlanticcomputersystems.com to request removal from our SMS list.
After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message verifying your unsubscription.
You will no longer receive further text messages unless you opt back in by texting START or providing new consent.

Carrier Participation
Participating U.S. carriers include, but are not limited to:
AT&T, T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular®, MetroPCS®, Cricket, C Spire Wireless, Virgin Mobile, and others.
Please note: T-Mobile® is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all carriers may support our messaging service.
Data Collection and Use
In connection with our SMS/MMS services, we may collect:
- Your mobile phone number
- Carrier name
- Date, time, and content of messages
- Other information you voluntarily provide
This information is used to manage and improve our messaging program, respond to your requests, and deliver relevant communications about our services.

Service Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate our SMS/MMS messaging service at any time, with or without notice. Continued participation after modifications indicates your acceptance of any updated terms.
We may also restrict or discontinue service for technical, legal, or carrier-related reasons.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Atlantic Computer Systems, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
- Providing a phone number not owned or authorized by you,
- Failing to notify us of changes to your number, or
- Violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or equivalent state laws.
Participation Requirements
To participate in our SMS/MMS service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age,
- Own a wireless device capable of two-way messaging,
- Be a customer of a participating wireless carrier, and
- Have an active text messaging plan with your carrier.
Service availability, message delivery, and functionality may vary by carrier or device.
Miscellaneous
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and authority to agree to these Terms. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
Atlantic Computer Systems does not charge for text messages, but your carrier’s standard message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless provider for information about your plan and applicable fees.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
